Managing the Recovery
The recovery details screen shows the details of the specific selected vehicle. In the top right, are buttons to update the status of the vehicle.
- You can download your instruction letter as a PDF using the "Instruction Letter" button
- When the vehicle is recovered, click the "Recovered" button.
- If the vehicle recovery attempt failed for any reason, hit the "Negative" button.
- If the customer makes a payment agreement, hit the "Payment Agreed" button.
- Once collected, you will be able to mark the vehicle a "Delivered to Destination" once it has been delivered.
Confirming the status change
When updating the status of the vehicle, you will be asked to confirm the update, and have the opportunity to provide a comment.
